Springfield College – Benedictine University seeks an individual to fill the position of Director of Advising. The Director of Advising provides excellent student service while coordinating all advising for students on campus. The position also supports efforts of recruitment and retention on campus while working with faculty and department chairs to ensure schedules are appropriate for the traditional student body. The position also participates in several committees on campus. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree – master’s degree preferred and experience working with traditional aged students in higher education. Springfield College – Benedictine University seeks an individual to fill the position of Resident Manager. The Resident Manager is responsible for the direction and management of residence halls at Benedictine University at Springfield College which includes placement of students in residence halls, planning and coordinating programs, supervising resident assistants, encouraging student engagement in campus activities, encouraging academic excellence in the residents and maintaining strong relationships with campus staff and faculty. This position requires living in a College provided on-campus residence. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor degree.
