Management and Organizational Behavior
(Adult Accelerated)
A business administration major in Benedictine University’s Management and Organizational Behavior program will receive a basic foundation grounded in the principles pertinent to the functional areas of business, accounting, management and marketing. Students will be prepared in the areas of project management, human resources and strategic management emphasizing the management process of planning, implementation and control. Your course of study will prepare you to continue graduate studies in business or other related professional careers.
Cohort Accelerated Bachelor Degree Programs
The Adult Accelerated Bachelor Degree Completion Programs are taught in a cohort format. Cohorts are a natural fit to adult education - a group of students enroll at the same time and progress through required courses together in the same sequence, adding self-selected electives when necessary. Classes continue year round, without interruption, until the degree requirements are completed.
Bachelor's Program Advantages
- Accelerated five- and ten-week modules conveniently scheduled on the same night throughout the length of the cohort program.
- Classes meet one time per week for four hours with nine 5-week modules per year.
- Federal and state financial aid is available for eligible students.
Degree Requirements
- All majors must complete at least 45 major program hours with a grade of “C” or better.
- Complete two Cultural Heritage classes.
- Earn a cumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- 55 semester credit hours must be completed at the baccalaureate level (4-year, regionally accredited schools).
