Ways to Give
Annual Fund Campaign

The Springfield College in Illinois Annual Fund is a program for soliciting ongoing support for the College’s programs and students. The funds donated by our alumni friends and parents help to cover a portion of the true cost of a Springfield College in Illinois education, making up the difference between tuition revenue and the actual expense. These funds are generally directed to the unrestricted fund (unless the donor requests the dollars to be put in a specific area).

By supporting the fundamental operations of the College, gifts to the Springfield College in Illinois Annual Fund impact almost every area on campus. Annual fund gifts support student scholarships, faculty recruitment and retention, library resources and acquisitions, computer upgrades, new technology in classrooms and labs, facilities maintenance, as well as student life outside the classroom.

Whether you give when a student calls you on the phone or in response to a letter, you are impacting the education of deserving students at Springfield College in Illinois.

Matching Gifts

Double or even triple your gifts to Springfield College in Illinois! More than a thousand companies offer varying levels of corporate match for their employees’ philanthropic interests. Best of all, you are recognized for the full amount of your own gift plus any resulting corporate match. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to the College may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses as well.
Each year, thousands of dollars in potential matching gifts go unclaimed because many people do not realize their company has such a program.

Just follow these three steps to see the impact of your gift multiply.

  • Check with your employer (human resource department) to see if your company has a matching gift program.
  • If it does, ask for a matching gift form.
  • Fill out, sign and mail the completed form, along with your Annual Fund Gift to:
